Laundry is shared with the main house. Slanted ceilings, and windows looking out over nearby farms and flower gardens. Shared gardening space available. Housebroken pets are ok with additional pet deposit. Can include unheated storage area in nearby barn.

This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (driveway, gardens). Tenant is responsible for shoveling snow their own parking space, and personal stairs.

BASE RENT - $900/month; UTILITIES - $125/month

Utilities include: electricity, heating, internet, water, trash & recycling (shared dumpsters), shared laundry, driveway snow removal & lawn care.
