The bi-level work/live space (900 sq ft), with a full kitchenette and shared bathroom is on the top floor (400 sq ft), with a downstairs studio space (500 sq ft) connected by a ladder. One private closet, storage area outside entrance (unheated). Shared wi-fi & bathroom.
Heating and cooling controlled by apartment heat pump.
This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (bathroom, hallway, and gardens).
17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.
RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
