Acorn Studio

SHARED METALWORKING STUDIO

Acorn Studio is a work-only studio attached to the metal studios Hickory & Chestnut. Spanning about 200sq feet, it has an exterior door, is heated by a wood stove (wood for heating to be purchased by tenant), access to a shared shop bathroom, and has access to fresh raspberries during the summer months.

This studio is ideal for a metal worker, welder, fabricator or machinist. It shares a roof and doors with multiple other metal artisans, and tool sharing and collaboration is common.

**Please NOTE, because this studio is attached to active metal working shops, any pursuits in this area will have some degree of impact with metal dust from adjoining studios. This studio is also heated by woodstove with no back-up heat source, so is not a good studio for any materials that cannot freeze and thaw during winter).

BASE RENT - $275/month; UTILITIES - $50/month

Utilities include: electric, internet, snow removal & lawn care (tenant must provide their own cut wood for heating in the woodstove)
