This is a spacious studio & living space located on the first floor with two entrances. With high ceilings, open wall space, personal sink, and good light this is a great space for any number of artistic pursuits.
This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (kitchen, bathroom, and gardens).
17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.
RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
