Black Oak Studio

Black Oak is an established on-site carpentry shop. Built by our late-founder David Van Nostrand, and the first “studio” on the property. Black Oak is now a joint venture of Hallagan-Gould Cabinetry.
This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces.
17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.
RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
