Seeking artistic minded individual looking for a quiet country home. House share with a couple, two cats, and one dog (No additional pets).

Birch Room is a large open plan room on the first floor, includes a large bay window, private entrance, wood floors, private half-bathroom and two closets. Kitchen and bathroom with shower is shared on the same floor with housemates. Shared gardening space also available.

This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, common outdoor spaces).

BASE RENT - $800/month; UTILITIES - $125/month

Utilities include: electricity, heating & cooling (in-room heat-pump), internet, water, trash & recycling (shared dumpsters), shared laundry (in house), driveway snow removal & lawn care.

17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.

RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts (eg. no glassblowing, or metal work) permitted in this space. No pets permitted (existing house animals are territorial, but very loving). Overnight guests are not permitted more than four nights per week as parking in shared driveway is limited.
