Birch will be available short term for Summer 2026, and

long-term starting in October 2026.

Seeking artistic minded individual looking for a quiet country home. House share with a couple, two cats, and one dog (No additional pets).

Birch Room is a large open plan room on the first floor, includes a large bay window, private entrance, wood floors, private half-bathroom and two personal closets. Kitchen, laundry, and bathroom with shower is shared on the same floor with two housemates. Shared gardening space also available (would love to find someone who wants to care for the gardens with us!).

This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, common outdoor spaces).

BASE RENT - $850/month; UTILITIES - $125/month

Utilities include: electricity, heating & cooling (in-room heat-pump), internet, water, trash & recycling (shared dumpsters), shared laundry (in house), driveway snow removal & lawn care.

20 minute drive from Ithaca’s West End.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.

RESTRICTIONS - No pets permitted (existing house animals are territorial, but very loving). Overnight guests are not permitted more than four nights per week as parking in shared driveway is limited.
