Private residential room with private entrance. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Includes covered (unheated) storage area.
This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (kitchen, bathroom, and gardens).
Heated and cooled with a electric heat pump controlled by remote.
17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.
RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
